Hi, I’m Dr. Katie — and I truly believe that your body was designed to heal, adapt, and thrive when given the right support.
Dr. Katie received her undergraduate degree from Purdue University in Movement and Sport Sciences. After graduating, she followed her passion to chiropractic school. While at Logan University, she received a second Bachelors Degree in Life Sciences, she also earned her Masters Degree in Sport Science and Rehabilitation where she graduated as the valedictorian of her class, and she received her Doctor of Chiropractic where she graduated with honors. After graduating, Dr. Katie went on to receive her CCSP (certified chiropractic sports physician) certification, making her a leading expert in the sports medicine field.
Back Home in Pagosa Springs
Pagosa Springs has always been home.
After practicing here for seven years, I spent two years in Colorado Springs growing and refining my skills in a busy, athletic community. That experience expanded my perspective and strengthened my approach — and ultimately reinforced what I already knew.
Pagosa is where I want to be.
I’m so grateful to be back, bringing everything I’ve learned into this next chapter — offering the same trusted care, now in a new and expanded space, to the community I love.
I chose chiropractic because I wanted to help people do more than just manage symptoms. I wanted to help people feel hopeful again in their health and confident in their bodies. Over the years, I’ve seen how discouraging it can be to feel stuck, dismissed, or told that your pain and dysfunction is “normal”. My work is about changing that narrative — and helping people reconnect with what their bodies are capable of.
